A personal snack gift can contain several pouches that look similar. A small contents card helps the recipient see what is included without opening each one. Its job is simple: connect the pouches in the gift with their names, counts, printed net quantities and original labels.

Use this card for whole, originally sealed retail pouches. It is a supplementary personal note, not a replacement label or a statement that the food suits someone’s needs. Keep the original packaging and information available to the recipient.

Start with the pouches in front of you

Count the actual pouches you intend to include. A saved basket, bundle description or shopping receipt is a useful planning reference, but it cannot confirm what you have put into this particular gift.

Give each row an identifying reference. Copy the product and flavour name as printed, then record the number of whole pouches and the printed net quantity of each pouch, including its unit. That quantity is different from the weight of a parcel, wrapping or a measurement you take on a kitchen scale.

Group pouches only when their product identity, printed net quantity and original-information location match. The same flavour in two sizes needs two rows. Use separate rows when label locations differ, too. The reference is for your card; there is no need to stick it over a packet label.

Show where the original information is

Describe a location the recipient can actually find. Do not assume every label is on the back. If relevant information is on original outer packaging, keep that packaging with the gift and identify it on the card.

Do not recreate ingredients, allergen statements, storage instructions or dates from memory. A flavour name or product image is not enough to complete those details. For help reading an actual ingredient list, use our ingredient-list guide; the gift card itself does not interpret the list.

An absent or unreadable quantity or label location stays unresolved. Write what is missing, rather than zero or an assumed value. Ask the seller or manufacturer for information matching the actual pouch before treating that field as settled. Filling in a card cannot establish food safety or dietary suitability.

Fill in the card and reconcile the count

To print only the blank card, use your browser’s Print command (Ctrl+P or ⌘P), select A4 or US Letter portrait, and turn off headers and footers. The catalogue example is excluded from printing.

For the recipient: This is a personal contents note. Read the original pack information. This card does not establish ingredients, allergy or dietary suitability, storage duration or food safety.

For the person completing it: Keep original labels readable and available. Separate rows when the product, net quantity or information location differs. Do not guess missing information or enter zero for unknowns. Use another numbered card for additional rows.

Add the pouch counts in the rows and compare that total with the pouches physically included for those rows. Record a difference if they do not match, then revisit the count. A blank field means unfinished information, not none.

For more than four rows, use another sheet and number the cards. Keep each sheet’s subtotal limited to its own rows so the same pouches are not counted twice. “Counted on” records your check date; it is not a packing, manufacturing or expiry date.

Leave the original labels readable and accessible when arranging the gift. The recipient should receive both the contents note and the original product information, not a card that asks them to rely on a summary.

A catalogue is only the starting list

Our bundle catalogue lists pouch combinations. The current bundles do not include a gift box or accessories. Pack images are concept artwork, and approved ingredients, allergens and storage information are not yet published on this site. The launch information explains that online orders are not yet open.

The separate example below is a catalogue planning list. Complete your own card only from the actual pouches and their original information.
